After introduction of computers in the CGHS clinics the Doctors are functioning more as Data entry operators and less as Doctors! Unless the Staff strength including the strength of Doctors is increased and the Doctors re-discover their professional role and treat the patients well, these instructions will be of cosmetic value only.
