Sir, with reference to above subject, I was provisionally appointed as Postal Assistant and given 3 and half months training from 27.09.2006 to 10.01.2006. After completion of training, I joined as Postal Assistant on 11.01.2006 f/n. but in 6th Pay commission I was drawn first increment on 01.07.2007 as I have not drawn more than 6 month pay in revised pay structure. And in pre-revised scale I had drawn my increment on 01.09.2006.

As per GOI orders under FR26, the training period before appointment counts for increment. In this case I am eligible for increment on 01.06.06, after counting of the training period from 27.09.05 to 10.01.06.
Please intimate me whether i am eligible increment on 01.07.2006 in revised pay or not.......?
