Sub:- Filing Reply and Rejoinder in OA 763/15 filed by                     AIPAEA – Regarding.

Sir,

I wish to bring it to your kind notice that this Association has filed O.A. 763/15 in the Hon’ble Principal CAT, New Delhi regarding the payment of arrears from 01-01-1996 to 18-02-2003 to S.As and J.As on account of upgraded scales.

Though the case has been filed long before, the Department has not filed any reply so far. The case has come up for hearing on 02-07-2015 and posted for next hearing on 

14-08-2015 with a direction to file reply and rejoinder.

Hence, I request you to kindly cause action to file the reply on behalf of the Department immediately, so that time and money can be saved.
